Open to Grace Christian Yoga
Come De-stress, Get Fit and Draw closer to God through Christian Yoga
All classes are taught from a Christian perspective
Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga for ages 13 and up
Taught in an 8 week series format throughout the year
Very reasonably priced to allow anyone interested to experience the physical benefits of Yoga exercise while growing spiritually as well!

9 am to 8 pm on a Saturday
